Customer Request Response

In order to provide a thorough response, please answer all questions below to the best of your ability. If any details would need to be checked or clarified before the job, just flag what those would be. You can submit You can submit your response using your preferred method, either typed, video (via WhatsApp) or audio (via WhatsApp).

What to include in your response

  1. Your full name (as provided during the application process, so that we know this is your response)

  2. Confirm the list of jobs which have been requested

  3. List all the tools you’ll need

  4. List all the materials you’ll need

  5. Talk us through in detail how you’d do the job

  6. Estimate the time required to complete the job

  7. Any other information you feel might be helpful to the customer, or your explanation

Important Note

Don’t worry about the professionalism of your recording or camera skills. We’re not looking at those skills, we’re only interested in the information you provide about the project and how you’re able to get your ideas across.
